Delivery Terms

At Jasper & Hooch we aim to dispatch all orders the same day providing we receive all orders placed before 3 pm on week days, however, at peak times such as the run up to Christmas when the demand is high our products may be subject to being temporary out of stock. If this was indeed to happen we would endeavour to dispatch (not deliver) your items within 48 hours of purchase – depending on stock availability and providing that all orders are placed with us within our opening hours of between 9-5 Monday – Friday.

 We usually send all our deliveries via Royal Mail Standard Class/First Class /Express Courier Service with an estimated delivery time 1 – 3 days.

 We only deliver to mainland UK, (Not Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Ireland.)
